hi There,

I have a 90 gallon fully planted tank. About 6 hours ago I did about 1/3 water change. I came ho e and my tank is a little cloudy which I believe could be from adding the water with the python as I was in a hurry and had the water on quite hard so it probably disrupted everything stirring it up.

I added about 15 ml of API stress zone, about 40ml of Fourish excel and 15ml of water conditioner.

My Nitrates are 20
Nitrite is 0
GH is around 10
Chlorine is 0
Alkalinity is 0
PH is 6.2

I also tested my water from the tap which is the same except GH is 25

All my fish seem okay... except my one large angle who goes back and forth to the top gasping for air.
Other fish are 2 plecos, 3 Cory’s, 4 blood parrots, one Balance, one rasbora and one danio.

Do you think it’s a CO2 problem with me adding the excel? If so, I’m concerned about at night. I do run an air stone bar that is about 6 inches. I run an API filstar XP and an ozone light.

Any idea what might be going on? I’m concerned about my angle

Thanks so much.

Tracy

Is that your normal routine and additives?

I'd be surprised that the angel would be the only one to react to low oxygen levels. What water conditioner are you using?

Very nice looking setup!

I too am curious as to what your normal water change frequency and volume changed is. What test kit do you use?
