Ok, I cant find this anywhere!! i live in Rochester, NY so there are a ton of pet stores but no one carries it. I've also tried fishstoretn.com but they have their site disabled and they didn't pick up the phone when i called. I've also tried drsfosterssmith.com but their website also isn't working correctly for bio spira. I am trying to have stuff by the end of this week. Any suggestions??

haha, im not that dumb. no one around me carries it according the the website. going to have to drive like an hour...
According to the website, three stores near me carried it. When calling the stores, they hadn't carried it for a couple years. They all complained that it didn't work. It must stay refrigerated, so if the store or distributor doesn't handle it correctly, all the bacteria die.
alright, i found a store about an hour away that carries it that seems pretty nice. I'm gonig to head out there. Yes i have to pay gas but save on the overnight shipping. The drive will be relaxing also...
shipping is a bit expensive for this product because of the extra care for proper packaging to keep the bacteria alive inside.

Yes i found it there also, but after i enter in my billing and shipping info, it wont let me go further. tells me to click a button but the button isnt there so i cant get to the payment entry screen. whatever, im taking the drive.
