There is something on my angelfish I am having a hard time identifying in order to treat properly. I noticed it as soon as I brought him home a couple weeks ago unfortunately. I originally thought it was ich but its isolated on the dorsal fin and not anywhere else on his body and kinda looks like a egg sack or some kind of parasite. Its a raised whitish/translucent sack with brownish speck on each spot. I also noticed some fin rot on one fin and some kind of cloudy fungus but I'm sure these are secondary diseases as a result of the spots. My primary concern is to treat the sacks and to get them off him. Thanks
