Help me to I.D. this

Hi,

I was doing some work on the back yard and I found this little guy. I was trying to Identify it but I couldn't find anything.
Just for reference:
I live in Watsonville, on the Santa Cruz County.
he is not too big, around 1.5" sorry for the pictures but I'm not too good with the camera yet.

its a flesh eating dragon thingy, be careful with it. He may look cute but he will bite off your finger.

Yeah, I'm sorry Slappy, positive ID to the contrary, I'm gonna have to go with Tip on this one...it's DEFINATELY a flesh eating dragon thingy, otherwise known as Dragonopsis thinganereous....they can leap, and they will kill you.....step away, Hector...just step...away.....

if you think about it, your lucky you actualy got pics of him.

If you look at the pics hes in attack formation with his head aimed right for your face, i guess you backed up just in time b4 he jumped.
