Something is wrong with my betta. I have a 5.5 planted aquarium that is split with a betta on each side. I have had this setup for quite some time. Well I went to feed my bettas and my red betta was acting really weird. He acted like he couldn't see the food. I was feeding them blood worms with a pipette and he would go to the pipette as usual, but he couldn't eat any. It was like he couldn't see them. Then he acted like he couldn't open his mouth to eat them. He was definitly hungry. Then he just stopped and lied on a leaf. Under his head/gills it looked white and his gills looked red and inflamed. (though he is red so it is hard to tell). He almosted floated upside down. He finally was able to eat some worms and he seems to be fine now, but I'm very worried. What could be wrong with him?
