her are my new tests resuots

ph 8.8
nitrie 0 ppm
ammonia .50 ppm
nitrate 20 ppm
phosphateo 0 ppm
calclum 460 ppm
alkalinity 300 ppm

can any one tell me what they shoud be at or do i have it right . and if i dont have a test that i need up ther can u tell me what one i need and if u could can u post up some pic so i can see what u have on your test.

These are basically the levels you want to be aiming for ..

Ammonia NH3 – 0 (Zero)
NitrITE NO2 – 0 (Zero)
NitrATE NO3 – < 0.2 ppm (parts per million)
pH – 8.1 to 8.4
Alkalinity – 8 – 12 dKH
Magnesium – 1250 – 1350 ppm
Calcium – 350 – 450 ppm
Phosphate PO4 - < 0.2 ppm
Iodine – 0.06 – 0.10 ppm
Strontium – 8 – 14 ppm


Again, i have advised you on your other thread what test's you need..

If your ammonia really is at .50, then you need to do at least an 80% water change immediately, or else your live stock won't last to much longer...

is it just me or considering this guy has a tank already full and set-up with fish and lr and everything..... shouldnt he know all this?
