I have some sick albino corys. I cannot seem to keep and albino cats for long. I have a 29 gal tall, with good water paramiters, 7 lemon tetras, 1 common pleco, 2 small plecos, 3 red-wag platties, 1 kuhlie loach, 3 other tetras, and 7 albino corries. When I first got the corries, about 6 weeks ago, they were happy and loved to play in my bubble wall. Now they sit around all the time and I found 1 dead this evening. This is the 3rd time I've tried to keep albino corries. The LFS told me that everyone has 1 fish they cannot keep...mine may be albino corries. I'm really sad they keep dying. Any suggestions?

You have 24 fish in a 29 gl. tank. Some are really big Also, tall tanks allow less fish than wide tanks for there is less water surface to allow oxigenation.

Please post your filtration system, water change routines and water parameters (ph, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates)

Well, I don't have specifics on my pH, but when I tested was in the neutral range. Ammonia levels also good. Just tested for nitrates and they are both good, and have 0 nitrites. I have a filter that hangs off the back of the tank and change water weekly, or every2 weeks, about 1/3 water change each time. I feed flake food, and sometimes an algie wafer. All my fish are very small, except for the common pleco I inherited from my son.
