i scoop each fert and just drop it in the tank? or do i need to mix them up in a cup of water and drop it in the tank? since ill be doing the dry fert do i still need to use the seachem flourish and root tabs?

You can use the flourish up first if you like (instead of using the csm+b) and keep using your root tabs for heavy root feeders (the swords).
That package doesn't include any phosphate (KH2PO4) and has Magnesium instead. Phosphate is one of the big 3 marcos so it is needed, Magnesium is a trace and if you find you need it Epsom Salt you get a the grocery store is magnesium sulfate.

One more thing when dosing dry fert do i need to dissolve the fert in a container with tank water or i can just pour the fert directly into the tank?

I've seen some videos on youtube their dissolving it in a water bottle with dechlorinated water, is that a different approach? measure over the tank? overdosing it?
