all my hyrophilia and cambomba and anarachis died from rotting from the bottom up as of yesterday i just had to to totally pull them out and give up on them.
all I know there is something wrong but dont know the exact cause. The camboma started to turn brown on the upper parts of the plant and when i threw it away yesterday i found out it was some sort of growth on the fine leaves of it. so i had to do a 60% water change to clear the scum out.
also the hygro was steadily rotting from the bottom up, actually all of them were
also there is increased green spot algae on glass and all broad leaf plants. green hair algae on driftwood steadlily multiplying.
so far only plan i have is to buy more to replace it and not add any ferts at all for 1 month.
any ideas or suggestions?
p.s. also i found 2 lead weitghs i forgot to remove or it fell off and landed in the substrate ...can lead poisoning do this???. the lead seemed to be "worn out" like it was decompsoing or somehting
also i hardly add TMG as it is trace and i havent started adding any macros. the co2 liquid i add every other day and keep it at 6.8-7.0 pH with 12-15ppm carbon
