help, removing crushed coral

i just took out all my crushed coral and added in aragalive bimini pink sand.
is it okay to put my fish back in the water? the water is starting to clear, and the web site of the product said that i should gradually add fish within the frist 3 weeks. But i have 4 fish already, and no other tank. i have to add them to the tank tonight, any suggestions??
it says that the sand already has all the type of bacteria, or should i buy some and add?
also should i put in stability liquid?

there's really other then livesand no bottled bacteria for SW use I am aware of. If they are in a QT tank add them slowly about 1 a week. or 1 every other week, you dont want to rush it an then have a cycle
