Help sexing my shrimp

I have 4 remaining of 6. The 2 that died were likely males and now I wonder if I have any males left for breeding. One female became very round after moulting but I don't see any eggs yet. I managed to catch pics of 3 but aside from the largest female, they are are almost identical. Any help is appreciated.

If the shrimp is thicker and more colored, it's likely a female, if the shrimp is more narrow and less colored it's likely a male, no way to tell for sure though
