Medication problem

:sad: My sailfin molly is really sick. He has body fungus and really bad case of ich. He really is miserable and the medications don't seem to be working. Does anyone have any advice![/FONT :sick:

it has BOTH!? thats not good... o yea and the link that cyberbeer brought up is amazeing, useing it ive irradicated ich from both my tanks.

But once you have cured the illness it soon may come back. As you always hear horror stories of aquarists who seem to not be able to clean the tank of ick. You need to find out what is stressing out your fish.
If you can, please let us know your tank parameters.
such how big is your tank, how many fish do you have living with your sailfin.
1. Sailfins need lots and lots of room to move around in. These guys I only breed in large tanks, preferably 30 gallon or higher. I kept mine in a 55 gallon. Next, how often do you do your water changes? or is this a new tank? If its a new tank, get your water tested most local fish stores do it for free. If its an older tank, how often do you do water changes? Mollies are tough fish but prefer clean water. I do water changes on every saturday morning. When you have 10 tanks, its an all day event.
