Help!

I went through similar guppy problems, looked just like that. You need to get some treatment meds in the water, and do a lot of waterchanges.
For treatment. Try an antifungal/antibotic mix, melaflix at your local fish store.

Best of luck. This can be a real plague on guppies. 80% loss with treatment once they show signs.
 
Sorry to hear about the guppy, Robert. This is exactly why some of us were urging you to do a fishless cycle and then to not add any more fish until after your tank cycled.

Please get the test kits asap. A fishy cycle without test kits is going to lead to more deaths because you have no idea what's going on in that tank.

As cyberbeer65 said 50% water change, not 20%. Keep changing the water daily until you get a test kit (not strips, liquids) and can tell us what the readings are. Then we can advise you further.

They'll reimburse you for a fish that was killed during a cycle? Wow. Did they advise you to use the guppies for cycling?

Just me, but if I were running a LFS there's no way I would reimburse someone that had fish die during a cycle.
