Help!!!

i just bought a ropefish and i can't get him to eat, i bought some hikari sinking carnivore pellets and he wasn't interested, so then i went as far as to try to get him to eat an earthworm by holding it right in front of his nose, nothing, i don't know whether he'll survive much longer w/o a good meal, i don't know

Well i had kindda the same problem when ya first get ur fish they are in shock and they may not eat for a long time! i had a tetra that did not eat for 3 days! but now he is doin great! just give him the option of food to eat thats all u can do...the rest is up to him really.
