And you fit all that in a ? gallon tank.

What size tank do you have? Is there any visible sign of bacteria in the tank? Are there any other symptoms? Does he look bloated at all? Do his eyes look foggy or bulging?

Its a 25G Tank.
He Kinda looks bloated. His eyes are alright. He doesnt have any fungus or anything. But hes swimming upside down... and every now and then he goes darting around really fast. Hes been doing it for about 2 weeks now.

Well i asked my Lfs and they said it was fine. Considering the size of my baby neons.
