Not the best pics but the fish are absolutely gorgeous!! The pair is 'sitting' on a clutch of wrigglers. They may be visible just below the lower fish on the flat rock.

This is only their second go around at breeding. Those two fish are maybe, barely a year old. They are only 2 1/2" - 3" long. Quite small. Their colors are only going to get better as they mature.

The pattern they have right now is quite distinct and they look very different when not in breeding dress.
 
Nice fish! I have a breeding pair of regular carpintis that are just about the same size as those. So far they've had 2 unsuccessful spawns... I don't think the male fertilized the first clutch of eggs and something got the fry, just as they became free swimming, from their 2nd batch.
