How is everybody doing? Im not even sure the last time I posted something on the site. lol A lot has changed since I was one here. I am now in my first semester as an aquatic biology major at Texas State University. I Just thought I would show everybody what I have been up to and what I currently have as far as tanks go.

First is a 20 gallon turtle tank with two little red ear sliders in it as of right now. As well as a male jewel that got its butt handed to him in the african tank.

Second is my 55 gallon with my bala sharks, silver dollars, 2 little brichardis, and a little peacock bass. i had to set this tank up because my catfish were starting to pick off my silver dollars and balas in the big tank.

Third is my 190 gallon african tank. It has everything from zebras, peacocks, ahlis, tropheus, synodontis cats, and my awesome giraffe catfish, whose about 12" long:D. That is definitely his tank.

Next is just the guppy tank in the living room, I feed small ones to the peacock bass. He loves them. lol

Fifth is the 55 gallon community tank in the dining room. It has 2 angels, 2 parrots, some pentazona barbs, cories, and some rainbows.

The sixth tank is my 300 gallon. This tank is cool cause it was an old lobster tank from a supermarket. It works great. It has all my big catfish in it unfortunately. I cant put the fish in the 700 gallon stock tank because I do not have enough heaters to heat the 700. I am also building a 1700 gallon tank out of liner for all these fish in the spring with a big sump to filter. Most of these fish are fish i have rescued or gotten from friends. The current stock list is...

7 pacus from 12" to 18"
10" redtail catfish
12" TSN
18"TSN x RTC Hybrid
3 oscars from 8" to 12"
2 clown knifes 18" and 22"
18" peruna catfish
8" green severum
12" common pleco
and my favorite, my 25" ripsaw catfish.:flamed:

The tank right behind is is my 125 gallon tank with my 24" jardini arowana. It also has a 8" lima shovelnose and 2 fourline pictus cats. It has suffered from grean pea soup water recently so I have my pond filter with the UV on it to clear it up. The 300 is going to be the arowanas tank once I move the other fish. She is just so **** mean though I cant put anybody with her.

The 700 gallon stock tank is on the floor right behind those two tanks. It has my koi, goldfish, and channel catfish in it. As well as 2 big plecos I caught out of the guadalupe river.:rant2: people need to quit letting things go!

I am planning on building a large pond pretty soon during the winter so I can have a place for the koi and goldfish in the spring. The 3 channels are from 12" to 16"

Please let me know what yall think. Thanks everybody.

WOW! Big fish! That's pretty awsome:)

Awesome fishies!

Thanks. Yeah I definitely agree that they are big. The 300 gallon is just barely big enough to house them all. I have to clean my filters every other week and a water change every week. It would be a lot easier if it wasn't cold and I could just put them in the 700. I will have that 1700 built pretty soon though so It wont be long.

The tanks look good and big, with big fish!

They could do with a clean on the front glass though, shouldn't be too hard :D

What filters do you have on that pond? It's very nice and clear. I want to get my pond looking that way too.

I actually just cleaned the glass today. It bugged me. lol Until I get my actual pond built in the backyard it is my temporary. Luckily though it allows hob filters so I have 3 of them running on it. There is also a eheim 2215 and an actual pond filter that I got from lowes with a uv light. It works great.
