Hey now. Is this a good deal?

Hi. This is my first post. I have a 29g set up now, 55g empty that I brought home last night. I have an opportunity to buy a 140G for $150.00. It is the tank only, no hood and no stand. I'm told it is an older tank, but in great condition. The seller tells me it does not leak and is made with thick glass. Dimensions are 72"w x 18"d x 24"h. Is this a good deal? The guy is going to hold it for me until I can take a look at it. I will have to drive about an hour to get it. Something tells me I should buy it now or miss out on a good deal. I am going to look at it Friday or Saturday.
