Hello ... my name is Quintin and I reside in MN.
I've been fish keeping for about 3.5 years now. It all started when my brother-in-law gave me a 55g tank with 2 oscars in it. I quickly realized the error in that and moved them to a 75 I had that was a lizard cage in a previous life. I fought with making that work for 1.5 years then passed the fish on to someone else.
The seed had been planted, though ... quite literally. I have now moved in to planted aquaria and find that a quite fascinating area. I am currently working to rebuild my 29g planted tank into what it used to be before life took over and reduced the amount of time I could invest. Once I have completed that, I will most likely turn my eyes to that 75g since I kept the tank and it is sitting empty in my basement.
Anyhow ... I just thought I would follow you forum's suggestion and come here to introduce myself. See ya on the board.
