greetings! Congrats on another tank!
to speed up cycling - I just do water change on the one and dump the old water in the new tank - then top off both tanks with fresh water.
Actually; on the new 90 gallon I even took the canister filter off the 28 and ran it in the 90 to make sure the bio wheels were nicely covered in all that good stuff!
