anyone have experience with this food? my buddy told me it was really good. im mainly looking to feed my apisto cacutoides and sterbai cory with it. comments and input on hikari cichlid complete welcome. or any other suggestions.

Its good stuff as long as your fish like eating off the top of the water. That stuff doesnt sink.
