Honduran Red Points

Well you keep saying your gonna move but your girls keep putting your plans on delay. Just hope you don't got to much fish to move when you do eventually move.

I am thinking maybe renting this house out and just getting another house and if i do i can keep my fish in the garage tanks and ponds til i can setup my basement operation.. We have talked about it a few times, or get a divorce and move out LOL..

Yea that's sounds like a plan. The first idea I mean not the divorce part. I wanna start getting my room setup. Will finally be able to very soon. I'm even converting all my filters over. I have nothing but AquaClears on my tanks but now I'm gonna go lower tech with sponge filters in my tanks. Will save me money since air pumps can run multiple sponge filters so less money on filters and electricity. Also no worries during a power outage. Sometimes the AC's won't prime and they end up running with no water for hours. I swear every black out we have had has been at night when I'm at work so... No worries with sponge filters plus there fry friendly. But yea we both got to get our setups going.

Next mission... Win the Lotto lol

I am right there with you, The sponge filters sound like a good plan and is probably what i will do when i get a bigger fish room..

Yeah the AC 110's show they run on 14 watts. So that's 42 watts being used non stop in my house. In my 2 20 gallon tanks I got sponge filters going on the same air pump which uses 3.5 watts. If I convert over on my 135, 53, and 2 20's ide be using 14 watts on 8 sponge filters. Low tech is the way to go when needing to save money. Also it looks like cleaning the sponge filters will take WAY less time then trying to clean my AC's.

Not yet she is still staying inside her coconut shell only to come out when it is feeding time, I may just take the shells out so she has no place to hide and sorta force the issue, just wanted her to get a chance to settle in since the other two males were already established..
