Housing regulations.

When i was looking for a home awhile back, most apts. said that i was fully able to keep all my tanks, just as long as i got an apt. on the bottum floor, and got renters Ins. ;)

I do have to say, with as many tanks as we have, we tend to bring the new ones in now after dark :headshake2: We don't want anyone freaking out over all the tanks

I'm not allowed to have any tanks. I have a 40g and a 20g though. Maintenance has been i a few times, but it's a 150 unit complex, and management is too busy telling tenants to keep the plants off the balcony rail and to keep the windows closed if you are cooking "potent" foods that I'm not worried. We're moving when the lease is up next June. :)

At my old apartment we couldn't have anything over a 15 gallon, but the Manager couldn't really tell the difference so I was able to have my 29 gallon set up. She knew that the 72 was way to big lol, and I wasn't gonna push it too far lol.
