How do I feed a platy peas?! (m)

I feel really silly for asking this...but what the heck. I have often heard that they love peas. Is this a food you buy? Or, are you talking about the frozen variety. And if so, are they chopped all up? Cooked? Canned? Frozen and thawed?

And I went through preparing my own baby food for three kids...I thought I knew it all! :duh:

You can use frozen peas. Just thaw a couple in hot water, then squish them out of the skins to feed to your fish.
