I've heard that one can make a tank divider out of plastic canvas craft sheets, but I'm not sure how to secure the sheet inside the tank. My betta LOVES to squeeze through small spaces, and I'm not sure how to block the sides off and secure it without scratching up the tank or permanently gluing to the acrylic ...

Has anyone made a DIY tank divider? Any ideas how to put one of these things together?

Thanks :)

Get 2 report covers... The kind with a plastic binder that slips onto the edge. The binder is shaped like a triangle with the point open. Slip the canvas into that opening and the flat part of the triangle sits against the glass. Measure the canvas carefully. It needs to fit snug to "hold" the binders in place. Burying the bottom of everything in the gravel will help, too.

Edit... they look like this http://www.jam.co.za/products/Stationery/bantex/bant report covers.jpg
