How do you culture daphnia??

Im trying to culture daphnia, and i was wondering if they need an airline tubing to circulate the water.. Is this absolutley necessary? Or will they b fine without it??

it is not necessary but if you plan on culturing a lot it is useful. Check the above link for any daphnia questions
