How many more fish can I have?

Oh and by the way.....Your little plan probably wont work out. First of all, those fish wont double in size in that small of a tank, and second, im betting half of them will die before your plan is complete.

i have been selling them back the pet store for years, and i always end up getting more then i paid back. they are all healthy and their colours are the brightess i have ever seen, they love swimming around all in a big group and they happy. there haven't been any dieases in the last year and that is how long i have had all these fish together. they have grown heaps over that year and i will sell them soon once they get a bit bigger.

well now I only have 5 fish in my tank because the guppies didn't work out. The other fish didn't like them:(

I would go with a small school of neon tetras or even zebra danios they are tiny fish, neat looking, and easy to take carry of...possibly a school of 6 or so.

Or corydoras was also a good suggestion..I have kept them in schools of 3 which seems to work best..but no less than that. They are bottom feeders and help clean very well! There are also a couple different kind you can get..albino is pretty neat too.

Or maybe you can add more mollies..there are plenty different types! Dalmation, Balloon bellied, Black, susnet...and lots more they come in many different colors. I prefer colorful fish it makes the tank stand out more..but with neon tetras they look really neat with a black light! Their stripe glows!

Well..whatever you decide to go with I hope works out for you!

Good luck! :)

no im not returning them the pet store said that they would be alright together, the tank is 4ft and once the fish get to big for the tank i sell them back to the shop and get double the amount i payed for them back. its my little plan

ps i also clean it out everyday 10% then on wednsday i do a 25% water change and a 50% every 2nd week.
That really isn't enough water changes. Try like 50% a day. Also your plan will not work. your fish will eventually start to release chemicals that will keep them from growing because they can grow and wont be able to fin in the tank.

ok peoples! Don't fight about this please! Personally I don't think that your plan either but whatever.

I agree with kasakato!

More mollies or neon tetras!! I LOVE those kinds of fish! And they are very easy to take care of! I haven't lost one yet! Corydoras are very cool too. I own some. The albino ones i think are really cute!

I have green cories and spotted cories. I love them! They are so funny and cute and they really help keep the tank clean!

it will work ive been doing it for years ok
