how many of you eat seafood?

Just had to interject here for an exception to the farm-raised debate...do a google search on "farm-raised salmon" and "Echo Bay"...never, ever, ever support farm-raised salmon, especially that coming out of Alaska. The farms there are destroying the environment and local populations of native salmon and other fishes. In addition to that, they dye the steaks a lovely pink color to make them more appealing by feeding the salmon a particular chemical, which, if fed long term will kill the fish...I can only imagine what it will do to the people eating it!
Agreed. Fortunately, I hate salmon.

not only do i eat it, i go out and catch it. i've gone fishing every weekend this month and finally caught 4 10-12" trout last weekend. chopped off their heads, slit their bellies, and fried 'em up in a skillet with some salt and pepper and butter. tasty!

my seafood is limited to salmon, tuna or cod....not because of my fish, just because I don't like any of the other stuff....
my hubby loves to fish...catch & release only....I prefer to read a book or crochet while he fishes ;)

I grew up eating every kind of fish and seafood you can imagine (and some you probably can't)....and I still eat it...in fact, I eat no red meat, so the majority of my animal protein intake is fish and inverts. In fact, just last night I had clams, squid, fish soup, and jellyfish. I sportfish a lot (4-5 days each week), but mostly catch and release, however, that does not keep me from catching my lunch now and then.

u guys tasted sea urchin? raw one? they taste good....
just like raw oysters

a bit of an aphrodisiac too yum yum ;)
