Easily 40 out of the last 48 hrs
between research, observation feeding, water testing, boiling driftwood, messing with the plants in the small tank... oh and I had to rescue the betta who got his fins sucked up around the filter intake lol.
'Normally' though, I'd say it averages to between one and two hours a day counting readin and actually 'doing stuff.' I'm
Not counting just looking at em.
I have a tank on the kitchen table, where I eat, and one on my desk where I work. 'office' is also my living room.. I dont have a tv... U figure it out :dive2:
this got me thinking...
Then theres the time spent gathering up rocks and driftwood. window shopping ... watching classifieds etc. for free or affordable tanks, travelling to get them, lurking in pet stores ( well, I have to get things for the dogs there, don't I? I can't help it if I happen to strike up a convo with the nice lady buying two comets for her 1 gallon bowl, can I? always smart to see whats on sale, isn't it?.. )
Does time spent at tanks in public places count? There's one at the gym. and the one in the window of that resturaunt is
practically right on the way to the grocery store...
maybe thats just me.. but I know ya'll spend some time in here...I'd be willing to bet you spend more time at places like malls and big stores than I do... you don't check out the tanks while youre there?
come on pple fess up
