I have in my tank 1 cleaner shrimp, 2 common clowns, an algae blenny, a watchman goby, 3 blue-green chromis, a sea urchin and numerous crabs and snails. Every third day they have frozen mysis shrimp that comes in cubes about 1cm square, how many should I feed? - I know not everything eats this but thought I'd let you know what is in tank!

Generally, if food is not gone in 5 minutes you're feeding too much. That's not a hard fast rule though. Watch your tank to make sure that everyone is eating.

sw tank should be fed a little throughout the day, everyday. to replicate what they would do in the wild

Not neccesily, fish in the wild can go a few days before their next meal comes along and dont always have a readily available food source..

I'd probably give about 1/2 to 1/4 of a cube, if I were you.

I have 2 clowns, a hawk and 3 chromies in my 29g right now, and I give them 3 flakes about the size of dimes, sometimes once, sometimes twice a day.

I learned my lesson on overfeeding. Fish are never happy with enough food...it's like they eat chinese food and in 10 minutes they're hungry again. ;)
