Now I am being told by the realtor that the floors are not concrete. They are some other kind of material that I've never heard of. She is going to contact the builders to find out for me.
The floors appear to be really solid though (no squeaks, echos, hollowness or give when you walk on them). When I find out what they are made of I will post again.
Either way, my uncle, who is a civil engineer, doesn't think there will be any problem, so I will try not to worry about it too much.
