How to bring in Smileys?

Still new to AC and computers...been trying to pull over some Smileys, and not much luck (trying to pull some from other sites to stick in responses)...any help/advice would be appreciated.

if u want to say hi then u do this :hi: i disabled the smiles in this post.

when you are on another site, highlight the address of the smilie, right click and copy....then go into your post and paste...should work....

Thanks...also looking on getting them in from other sites or off my computer..to put in messages...nothing seems to work so far...is it not allowed?

as long as you can copy the addy, you should be able to paste them in here....provided they aren't a banned smilie...lol
