Like the title says, I want to know what kind of adapter I may need to run an Aquaball with 230 V UK plug on U.S. current. Anyone doing this?

I'd recommend not purchasing that unit since the voltage is different but more importantly is the HZ which isn't listed. It's usually not recommended to use an voltage converter on motor driven equipment as they don't operate the same.

Why not just purchase a U.S. 120V- 60Hz unit?

I have never seen anything like that. I don't think you should buy it
