How to remove green spot algae

Can anyone tell me what this fuzzy white algae is and how to remove it?

is it just on the wood? You could remove the wood and soak several minutes in a 5% bleach solution or use h2O2.

Most wood will get some sort of growth on it when submerged, nothing to worry about. I would not want to soak something as porous as wood in bleach. If it does develop algae though hydrogen peroxide is an good choice so is excel or shrimp, shrimp will eat the white fuzzy stuff too.
