How to Wash a Cat

Brought back some memories!
Used to have a big 'ol Persian; would let him out at night for awhile after work; he'd bring me "presents'.
One night he found a another black kittie, but this one had a white stripe down it's back....
Man that cat stunk!
Heard that tomato juice would neutralize the smell, so off to the supermarket and back with 2 gallons of said juice.
Plugged the tub, grabbed cat and tossed him in (had a sliding glass door like in the video). Instant red and black streak doing laps about 2 feet up the glass wall!
Gave it 10 minutes of the race action; opened the door just enough to turn on the water, got it warm and turned on the shower. 10 more minutes with lessening red streaks...
Opened the door with a towel over the opening and caught cat and dried him off.
Tomato juice didn't work...
He spent the night on the enclosed porch....

that video made me LMAO! I used to have to do that every time my cat got out (which he did at every possible opportunity.)

Fill toilet with cat shampoo.
Place cat in toilet.
Close lid.
Sit on lid.
Flush several times.
Open lid.
You will find both your cat AND your toilet clean!

The cat I have now is allergic to water. LOL But I used to have a grey and white striped monster I named Pickle. She LOVED the water. Actually would hop in with me when I took a bath. If I didn't let her in she'd scratch at the door. She was an odd ball on many levels. LMAO!!
