Everytime I bought huge koi carp and put them in pond that contain smaller koi's, they died after one day! Whats wrong with that? The smaller koi's doesn't seems to be bothering them, they are all nice and friendly, and they are all koi's, no other kind of fish. Why did they died? They doesn't seems to have any wound or injury before it died.

Perhaps it is the source you are buying them from? Are the water qualities really different? If your water is really different (hardness, pH etc...) then the source then you may have to introduce them much slower so they can acclimate better.

Okay so what shall I do? shall I leave it in a plastic bag for an hour then release it? Im really sure the condition of my pond's water are okay for koi, because none of them seems to get stress.

No, you'd have to slowly acclimate them to their new water by gradually mixing it in with the water you bought them in. Floating them in the bag only equalized the temperatures, but you still have the possibility that you're shocking their system when you plop them into water completely different from that of your fish seller.

For lack of anything better to try, I would put the new fish in a container with the water you bought it in, and then spend the next couple hours putting in a little bit of pond water at a time, letting the fish slowly get used to higher and higher percentages of pond water.
