Hygro not growing up to much light?

My hygro,baby breath and other plants are all growing in a carpet like coverage nothing ever more than 5" tall.

sump filtered
floursh liquid less than recomended dose weekly
Alge free (finaly)

What levels do you get for pH and kH? With that much light, you probably need to supplement the macros too.
