Well in my first post I asked for advice on treating ICH, many thanks to those of you that responded.
I used the heat/salt treatment and have had no spots on the remaining fish for 4 days now so I think I got rid of it. I also have lost no more fish in the process. I'm glad I bought a python as I did 30% water changes/ gravel vac every other day. The tank seems stable with no fluctuation in water test readings. I've also added a Zoo Medic powersweep with a pre-filter as my gourami was not doing well with the salt, he was gasping for air at the top of the tank, the powersweep helped a lot and he perked up within an hour of installing it.
I just want to say that I am thankful this forum exists or I would have been lost in what to do.
