I had 5 damsels in my 5g tank. I have relocated 3 of them (two blues and a blue finned) to a 20g. The 3 now should have PLENTY of room.

They are schooling together. Aren't they supposed to be territorial? Its been at east 36 hours.

Give them some more time. It might take a week or two but they will stake out their territories. I currently have a pair of Blue Devils that don't have territories (they are in a 209G) and tolerate each other fine but I would assume if I had more it would be a problem.

Dude, three fish in a 5g tank is a far cry from plenty of room. Territoriality aside, it's a virtual certainty that you're going to run into water quality problems here. I'm a nanohead myself, and I've yet to see a successful, long-term 5g tank with more than one teeny fish.

Can I assume that was a typo?
