last night i went to the LFS (for those of you in MN "A Wet Pet" has great stock) and i was only going to buy a python- i've finally had it w/ buckets!
You all know how those good intentions go. . .
my fav sales person pointed him out b/c he knows what i like and he was gorgeous!
He's a round tail betta - true black/melano! the very tips of his pectoral fins are pure white and he has white veins in his tail that you can only see when he spreads them all the way out. . . and he's huge for a betta he's got to be over 3" . . . I'm in love!
I'll try to get a picture soon- camera needs new batteries tho and i just spent all my $ on a new thank, etc.- that's the other thing- i didn't have anywhere to put him so i had to buy a new tank and he's in my community tank until i get it cycled (he hasn't gone after anybody yet but i'm keeping my fingers crossed) i'm goping to jump start the cycle with part of and established tank's medium so hopefully i'll get him out of there before he looses interest in his reflection.
just wanted to share my excitement w/ you guys!
