I had an idea.

Personally you all make me giggle... but all that aside, pets are not replaceable, I understand that and everyones love for their pets, but If you open the window, and leave 9 times outta ten they are going to survive, and if they don't, then you adopt another one, and you save another life, by adopting another animal. , not replacing your old pet, but there are other ways to save an animal other than risking yourself..
 
now don't get me wrong, i'm not going to kill myself just because I can't save my tanks. if there is no way, I will leave them, but I will always do everything in my power to make sure they're safe. I could probably save my 5G easily, but if there was ever a fire (depending on location of course) I would most likely have to leave my 10G behind it seems.
 
well i hate to say it... but thats true! you cant just run down the street with a 10g tank in your arms, and by the time you get to the end of the street, there will be no water left! LOL:dance2:

but i would do as much as i could to save my biggest pets first... then the fish
because i dont have a bond with my fish as much as i do my cats
 
I would just grab my cat and go out the window, my room isnt very close to the door so I either throw my cat out and jump(although it is kinda high) or if i had time like tie a rope to my large duffel bag and lower my cat down in that
 
LOL... well, i know i would get my cats and RRRUUNNNN! lol
 
I would probably actually zip up the bag so my cat wouldnt freak and go back inside, then I would like grab the bag with my cat and take my horse down the road to my friends house to put her in her pasture
