Really...this guy hangs out in there a lot, and when the rest of his school swims by, he gets territorial and chases them off. Crazy little neon!

this guy has seven buddies left, a few otos, and a couple of bamboo shrimp...everyone else is in the quarantine at the moment so they have 46 gallons of freedom, and he doesn't chase the otos or the shrimp out (they like the cave too). Only the other neons. The other 7 school like they oughtta. My personal theory is the filter flow sends the food particles there before anywhere else in the tank, so he's getting first dibs and doesn't want to share 
LOL, when I first saw the pic I thought the neon's head was a big glowing eye of some huge black fish... Cute!!
