I don't have the reference handy, but as I understand it fish(in general? or all?) do see in colour; They have cones in their retina.

Some fish like swimming in the bubbles, I found pictus catfish especially love the bubbles(mine would sit there non-stop, I don't know how he had so much energy...I mean he was a pictus but this was crazy hah!). Also, the current from the filter may be enjoyable to the fish(my betta loved swimming against the current).

Mystery snails breed, but not asexually. There needs to be a pair. One mystery snail will stay one mystery snail, more than one and it's a toss-up.

dead snails absolutely reek. if you think one might be dead, take it out of the water and slowly bring it close to your nose. you don't want it right under your nose if it is dead.

One thing though, the bamboos cannot be completely underwater or they will die. Their leaves should be above the water.

haha 3 years ago back when I was in grade 9, my friends developed a habit of throwing things at each other when the teacher is facing the board. In one class I sat at the front row so I am one of the main targets. From that I just randomly came up that name as a good luck charm I guess:thumbsup:
