i have a 30 gal and have live sand and a peice of aquacultured live rock (ton of coraline algea). but i seem not to have any copeopods for my scooter dragonette. under the rock there is plenty of room for some breeding but still nothing.

is there any thing to give them a quick kick start or buy a population to add to the tank? i have thought about getting a refugium but havent as of yet. thanks for the replys in advance.

if you have a 30 gallon tank with one piece of live rock i seriously hope that your scooter is eating prepared foods too...
good luck

Yeah, along with ordering copoepods you should add some more live rock to the main tank and to the refugium.

I am looking for my wish list and though you might want to check out this link

enjoy

At ocean pods I orderd 2 bottles with at least 1000 pods each bottle with overnight shipping for around $80. $25 for a bottle of 1000 is a better deal than I thought.

Just FYI: That $11.99 w/ free shipping becomes:

Copepods - Group of 200 11.99 $11.99 Boxes, Packaging, & FedEx Shipping = FREE Processing Fee = $9.99 Temporary Fuel Charge = $9.99 Live Goods Total = $31.97

Yea thats where they get ya isnt it:rolleyes:

:OT: does any know if saltwaterfish.com is a reputible (sp?) source to buy fish from?? Where do you buy your fish from (internet only please)
