My perfectly healthy brand new (got it last friday) betta is flopped at bottom of tank still breathing, but looks very stressed.......what should I do? :sad

The info Carpguy asked for is crucial to an informed reply. I could yell "change 25% of the water each day", but that really means nothing if we don't know what the problem is. Do you use a dechlorinator? How long has the tank been set up? What test kits do you have (if any) and what are the readings? What is tank size and any other fish in it? Don't forget all the questions Carpguy asked! Any other information makes a BIG difference!
