"good" and "high" are not parameter readings, those are just subjective assumptions. Ammonia kills fish, nitrite will harm fisb, high nitrate is bad for rams. Keep doing water changes everyday of 50% or more until your ammonia readings are 0ppm. If you do not have a liquid test kit please get one it will save you the trouble often accompanied with guess work. What sort of filter are you running?
