I need to know the glass thickness of a 40g breeder

hi,

i just got a 40g (36x18x16) cheap at a rummage sale and need to know the glass thickness for the 40g breeder aquarium so i can make sure its not a critter cage.

mines a quarter inch

exactly a quarter inch? the glass on mine seems to be just a hair under 1/4"

rechecked with the lights on and it is a little smaller than a quarter.
