Ich! And now cloudy eye

I brought home some new additions 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago I noticed signs of ich. I raised the temp of my tank to 86 and plan on treating with heat only. Even after only 24 hours, most residents appear less itchy.
Today I noticed one of my residents ( Paratilapia bleekeri ) has very cloudy eyes. Is this a result of the heat or something else?

Secondary infections are common when dealing with a parasite--the fish has a lowered immune response, which allows infections to take off. I can't offer med advice, not a vet, but lots of clean water is a good thing in any case.
