I noticed yesterday that one of my Bleeding heart tetra's has a small white spot on its tail. I've seen ich before and it looked like sharp white spots, and had a very mild case of fungus in a goldfish tank a year ago which looked like a "fuzzier" whit spot on the fins and body. I cant tell on this fish if its one or the other its larger than a usual ich spot but it is noticable, but slightly on the fuzzy side. Is there a definate way to tell? No other fish have any other spots on them. Can both be cured with a salt method?
Ich or Fungus??

The spot has since disapeared... I still have one more week to go of higher temp and salt treatment.. still dont know if it was ich or fungus. Do fish get cysts, or weird scales at times?
