ID Please

Can anyone please ID this for me?
Sorry if it is not close enough to see but i have these small white tubes on the live rock and coming out of the tubes are these what appear to be feather duster like things.
Was thinking it could be Aiptasia,they shoot back into the tube if they get disturbed and then pop out again.

Also i have this growing on my rock the colours don't stand out to good on the pic but some of it is purple and some is red.
Is this bad for my tank and how do i get rid of it.?

The first picture is tube worms - harmless and pretty!
The second - if it's hard then it looks/sounds like coraline algae to me. I have some. Again harmless.

The second photo i am talking about is the weed like growth on the rock and not the colours on the rock.
Is this still what you call coraline algae? or is it just weed that i need to remove?

It certainly looks like some kind of algae, but which I don't know. Is it "brittle"?

Yes it is.I just pulled a clump off and it came off very easily.
Should i remove it then or leave it?

If you like it, leave it. If you don't like it, remove it. If you let it be it may continue to grow at a high rate, so you may want to prune it back a bit every now and then if you decide to keep it.
